1. Screen image is too light or dark
Adjust the Brightness settings in the OSD menu setting(Picture Brightness)
2. Screen image bounces or a wave pattern is present in the image
Make sure the Type-C cable is properly connected between the Portable, and Move electrical devices that may cause electrical interference.
3. Screen image has color defects(white does not look white) Inspect the Type-C cable and make sure that none of the pins are bent.
4. How to duplicate or extend displays
Connect your monitor to a power outlet and an available port on your PC. Right-click the desktop and select either Screen resolution(Windows 7/8)or Display settings (Windows 10). Click the multiple displays drop-down list, and then select Extend these displays or Duplicate these displays
5. Can it support Apple Phones?
Yes, please contact the support team to get an adapter(Lightning to HDMI)if you need it.
6. Can it work with Bluetooth Mouse and Keyboard?
No. The monitor can not work with Bluetooth Mouse and Keyboard directly.
The Bluetooth Mouse and Keyboard can pair with your Phone, and then connect your phone to the monitor
