Gaia Oliva Premium Memecik is a high-quality olive oil made from Memecik olives grown in a single garden of 80,000 trees. The olives are harvested early in the season, mainly in October and early November, while they are still green. They are then processed using MoriTem technology within 2-4 hours of harvest to preserve the phenolic components, and filtered after resting for one night. This process helps acidification, resulting in a smooth, clean taste.
Our Premium extra virgin olive oil is perfect for all meals and we recommend it to be drizzled over salads, freshly roasted vegetable or as a base of any pasta sauce, to allow for full appreciation of it’s flavour.
