5. Choose welding flux rightly.
It is better to use industrial borax and dehydrated in a drying oven before use, then crushed andsieved to remove mechanical debris and set aside.
6. Net form shim.
In order to decrease the welding stress in high titanium low cobalt fine particle alloy welding, and long and thin alloy blade welding, we suggest to using slice with thickness of 0.2-0.5mm or Net form shim with bore diameter of 2–3mm as compensate shim.
7. Right way of cutter sharpening.
